Hi Michael, just downloaded your opening book and am totally amazed! Played 10 5 minute blitz games. Rybka 3 (rybka 3 book) against Stockfish 1.5 (pferdchen 3 book). Result was Stockfish scored 9 out of 10 points (2 draws).
Soon as rybka is out of book, your book often keeps playing from the book for 10-15 moves. This gives rybka then only 3 1/2 to 4 minutes on the clock against the opponent who still has 5 minutes.
